The role of the torso in trauma recovery has been emerging strongly over the past thirty years. Working with a refined understanding of movement reveals how to amplify support for well-existence and recovery from trauma. This method works with psychophysical meaning-making and looks at larger societal constructs of oppression that are causative of trauma. In that location will also be insights into the spiritual forces that may relate to traumatic experiences.
